"Liam Rector was one of my best friends for many years, and one of the most charismatic persons I've ever known. David Scronce's fine poems are a tribute to him that Liam would have enjoyed, since they capture not only the love he engendered in his friends and students but a few of the eccentricities on which he prided himself."
~Ed Ochester, Editor, Pitt Poetry Series
